by | Jun 29, 2026

Fresh from a chat with Rockshot Magazine and an acclaimed appearance at BST Hyde Park, where she opened for country legend Garth Brooks in front of the biggest crowd in the festival’s history, Alexandra Kay has announced her largest UK and European headline tour to date.

The Straight For The Heart Tour will see the Illinois singer-songwriter return across the continent for 15 headline dates throughout March and April 2027, marking another significant milestone in a career that continues to gather remarkable momentum.

Having impressed thousands on The Great Oak Stage at Hyde Park with a powerful, rock-infused performance that showcased both her soaring vocals and commanding stage presence, Kay is clearly eager to build on the reception she received from UK audiences.

Reflecting on her return, she said: “I had so much fun playing to one of my biggest crowds ever in Hyde Park this past weekend, and I’m so excited to be coming back to the UK and Europe to headline next spring! Hope to see you all out there!”

The announcement follows a breakthrough year for the fast-rising country star. Her latest album, Second Wind, has continued to establish Kay as one of Nashville’s most exciting new voices, while current single Straight For The Heart has become her biggest radio success to date. The song enjoyed an exceptional launch on US country radio, earning one of the strongest debut weeks for a solo female country artist in recent years and further cementing her growing crossover appeal.

While many first discovered Alexandra Kay through her hugely successful Coffee Covers series across social media, where she built an audience of more than nine million followers, she has steadily evolved into a fully-fledged touring artist. Her journey has seen her move from independently releasing music to signing with BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville, while maintaining the authenticity that first attracted her fanbase.

Away from the stage, Kay has also expanded her brand beyond music with the opening of The Coffee Girl, her own café in her hometown of Waterloo, Illinois. Inspired by the nickname fans gave her during her viral rise online, the venture reflects the close relationship she has cultivated with her audience throughout her career.

Those who caught her set at BST Hyde Park will know exactly what to expect next spring. Mixing modern country storytelling with arena-sized choruses, infectious energy and an increasingly confident live show, Alexandra Kay has quickly become one of country music’s brightest emerging performers.

With venues increasing in size across the UK and Ireland, the 2027 run promises to be her biggest overseas tour yet.
