Andrew Cushin Shares ‘New World Blazing’ Alongside Tour News

by | Apr 23, 2025

Firmly established as an artist’s artist with the likes of Noel Gallagher, Sam Fender, Louis Tomlinson and Pete Doherty all in his corner, Andrew Cushin is primed to rise to the next level with the 2nd May release of his second album Love Is For Everyone. Building upon his acclaimed debut Waiting For The Rain, he now takes the next step towards the new record by sharing the single New World Blazing.

The supercharged wall-of-sound that powers New World Blazing shows how far Cushin has come from his acoustic roots. Propelled by a classic indie-rock riff, New World Blazing blends raw energy with accomplished songwriting to create his most potent moment to date – and its driving, high-octane vitality will surely make it a future live favourite too. Lyrically it’s a song in which he vows to determinedly stick to his ambitions, regardless of what obstacles stand in his way. New World Blazing was written solely by Cushin and produced by Gareth Nuttall (Lottery Winners, Frank Turner, The K’s).

As showcased by New World Blazing and the recent A Song For You, Love Is For Everyone is an album that bristles with an undefeatable spirit. Andrew’s songs celebrate community, friendship and love – and especially the strengths that come with being part of a community.

In other news, the 25-year-old Geordie man recently teamed up with his local brewery Anarchy Brew Co to create his own L.I.F.E IPA beer, which is now available from their website. It represents his latest brand collaboration after being invited to headline The Soundcheck, the debut live event from the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One team, late last year.

He will celebrate the release of the album with a series of intimate acoustic record store performances, which he will follow with a full UK headline tour later that month. He has also recently announced a North American headline run which starts in November. Tickets are available HERE.
