EELS Release 15th Studio Album EELS TIME!

Critically acclaimed rock group EELS have released their highly anticipated, 15th studio album EELS TIME! via E Works/Play It Again Sam. Recorded between Los Feliz, California and Dublin, Ireland, EELS TIME! consists of twelve brand new tracks with collaborators Koool G Murder, The Chet, Tyson Ritter, Sean Coleman and more.

The record comes on the heels of band leader E’s recovery from open heart surgery following the band’s 2023 Lockdown Hurricane tour of Europe and North America. In an open letter to his fans, E shared details of the operation that saved his life, signing off with: “I’m a lucky guy. I’m so glad I got to say hi again.”

EELS TIME! singles Goldy and If I’m Gonna Go Anywhere were premiered on BBC 6 Music. EELS have had one of the most consistently acclaimed careers in music. The ever-changing project of principal singer/songwriter E (Mark Oliver Everett), EELS have released 14 studio albums since their 1996 debut, Beautiful Freak. In 2008 E published his highly acclaimed book Things The Grandchildren Should Know and starred in the award-winning Parallel Worlds, Parallel Lives documentary about the search to understand his quantum physicist father, Hugh Everett III.
