Halestorm’s Lzzy Hale & Joe Hottinger Set For Intimate Unplugged UK & Ireland Shows

by | Jan 27, 2026

Halestorm’s frontwoman Lzzy Hale and guitarist Joe Hottinger will take a different approach to their typically high-voltage rock performances this summer with a run of intimate Unplugged Sessions across the UK and Ireland. Following the band’s headline slot on the Opus Stage at Download Festival 2026, the duo will strip their sound back to basics — voice, acoustic guitar and piano — for a unique series of smaller-venue shows this June.

The Lzzy + Joe: Unplugged tour presents a rare opportunity to hear Halestorm favourites and newer material from their latest album, Everest, reinterpreted with a more vulnerable and personal feel. Fans can expect acoustic renditions coupled with storytelling, banter and an up-close vibe that contrasts with the band’s usual arena-sized surroundings.

Lzzy Hale, known for her powerhouse voice and commanding stage presence, shared her excitement about bringing the format back to the UK: “We are so pleased to announce that we are bringing the magic of our Unplugged experience to the UK! We are stripping back our rock show to the raw power of a voice, acoustic guitar and piano. Come join us for an intimate night of songs, stories, laughter and good times! See you there!”

The unplugged dates come on the heels of a banner period for Halestorm, which saw them deliver some of their biggest UK arena headline shows to date and take on historic support slots with Iron Maiden and a memorable set at Black Sabbath’s “Back To The Beginning” event in 2025.

Tickets for the unplugged shows are expected to be in high demand, with general on-sale scheduled to begin on Friday 30 January at 10am (UK) following presales earlier in the week. Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to the Halestorm live experience, the Unplugged Sessions offer a rare chance to connect with the band’s music in a stripped-down setting that highlights songwriting, musicianship and stage chemistry.
