NYC-born artist, performer, and model Infinite Coles has dropped his explosive new single DMs, the latest taste of his forthcoming debut album SweetFace Killah, set for release on 5th December via Don’t Sleep/PIAS. The track, a fierce and defiant afro-house anthem, finds Infinite taking aim at online haters with characteristic swagger and unflinching honesty. “DMs is me telling all the haters in my actual DMs to SHUT UP!” Coles explains. “I get at least five negative messages a day — people saying ‘kill yourself’ or that my dad doesn’t love me — so I turned how I felt into this song, and I’m so happy with how it turned out.”
Driven by infectious beats and sharp lyricism, DMs radiates confidence and queer joy, transforming online vitriol into a cathartic, club-ready statement of self-empowerment. The accompanying video, directed by Infinite’s long-time collaborator Jazelle (aka Ugly Worldwide), is a visual feast that merges storytelling, vogue-ballroom culture, and transformation — with Infinite evolving from calm defiance to fierce, laser-eyed power.
The single continues Infinite’s creative momentum following viral breakout track SweetFaceKillah and its emotional counterpart Dad & I, which explored his complex relationship with his father, Ghostface Killah of Wu-Tang Clan. While his lineage has long drawn attention, Infinite’s focus remains firmly on carving his own artistic path — one rooted in vulnerability, identity, and liberation.
Set to feature production by Zach Witness (Doechii, Frank Ocean, Erykah Badu), the upcoming album SweetFace Killah promises a bold fusion of R&B, ballroom, and experimental sounds. “The forthcoming album is the resounding trumpet that will blow down the stale homophobic walls of Wu,” Witness said. “A queer son born to one of hip hop’s most anti-gay fathers naturally has something to say — and he’s saying it. Skirt and all.”
The 12-track record will include recent singles BGM and Boots Ballroom C*nt Mix featuring Maleigh Zan & Julz, as well as future anthems like the soulful Mama Song and the introspective piano ballad Body Strong. Each track reflects Infinite’s ongoing evolution as an artist who refuses to conform, blending emotional candour with fierce self-expression.
Born into rap royalty as the son of Ghostface Killah and nephew of RZA, Infinite Coles has steadily built his reputation as one of New York’s most fearless modern voices. From his early collaborations with Everything Is Recorded to his 2021 debut EP Destiny, dedicated to his late twin sister, Infinite has become a vital figure at the intersection of music, fashion, and queer culture.
With DMs, Infinite Coles turns pain into power — an anthem of defiance and authenticity that sets the tone for one of 2025’s most anticipated debut albums.
