The sun shone over The Neverland as LeeFest welcomed a colourful crowd of mermaids, pirates and lost boys as well as internationally renowned and local up and coming artists for the 2017 incarnation.

Friday headliner Jake Bugg closed the ever ethereal Bangerang stage with a diverse mix of folk love songs and pop anthems. Special guests Wild Beasts showcased their astounding vocal range with fan favourites and new tracks from their latest album Boy King.

Earlier in the day Aussie born Berlin based Parcels brought their their funk-pop feel good tracks to the sun soaked John Darlings Farm, performing their Daft Punk produced latest single Overnight.

Hooks Ridge saw sets from up and coming LeeFest favourites including a raucous set from Shame, the South London post-punk outfit who have already garnered a loyal following thanks to their hard earned reputation as one of the UK’s best new live bands.

Mermaids Lagoon welcomed shapeshifting producer Kidnap Kid. The Rudimental protege brought his colourful electronic sound to the glittering crowd.

With over 200 artists across 11 stages and plenty more extracurriculars on offer, LeeFest is world where creativity thrives and top notch fancy dress is embraced with gusto.

On Saturday, Annie Mac brought LeeFest 2017 to a euphoric close with her rich and exciting selection of tastemaking tunes. Local heroes Slaves performed a snarling set that sent a blast of energy over the roaring crowd.

Revellers filled the lush greenery of LeeFest for the final day of sun soaked fun. Saturday kicked off with a refreshing session of morning yoga, later Mermaids hosted dodgeball at The Beach stage. Afterdark the reigns at The Beach were handed over to Jungle who presented their up and coming favourites Moxie & Makeness all topped off with a funk laced DJ set from the hip hop collective themselves.

As well as astounding sets from Slaves and Annie Mac, nestled amongst treehouses the Bangerang stage welcomed velvet voiced Zak Abel, as well as pop perfection from Fickle Friends and local talent Keston Cobblers Club. Into the early hours Wilkinson closed The Goldmine with drum & bass anthems.

A lovingly curated mix of fast growing UK talent stormed The Circus. Bad Sounds, SuperGlu and Young Asian Mothers brought their 70s inspired grooves ahead of an effortlessly magnetic show from Pumarosa.
