Alt/rock singer-songwriter NOAHFINNCE has returned with his brand new single TOO SENSITIVE, an explosive new track that marks another step forward in an increasingly ambitious new chapter for the artist.
Released via Hopeless Records, TOO SENSITIVE initially draws listeners in with Noah’s emotive, enchanting vocals before erupting into the kind of gut-punching, thrashing energy that has become central to his appeal. The result is a track that balances vulnerability with visceral rock intensity, capturing the emotional impact of the songs that first inspired him.
For Noah, that physical reaction is exactly the point: “I’ve not been THIS excited to release a track in years,” he says. “TOO SENSITIVE feels exactly how all my favourite songs growing up made me feel – like being kicked in the teeth.”
The accompanying video embraces the track’s playful and chaotic side, with Noah taking on the unlikely role of one of the Three Little Pigs while being pursued by the Big Bad Wolf. The surreal concept adds a mischievous visual counterpoint to a song that otherwise hits with considerable emotional force.
TOO SENSITIVE follows MR OVERWHELM, released in June and marking Noah’s return to new music following an extended period away from touring. That track saw him begin exploring territory beyond his established pop-punk sound, retaining the directness and anthemic quality of his earlier work while opening the door to a broader sonic palette.
The new material arrives after Noah spent around 18 months away from the road, using the time to concentrate on writing while also speaking candidly about the financial realities facing artists attempting to tour. Earlier this year, he became one of the recipients of Phase One of the UK Artist Touring Fund, a scheme designed to provide additional support to artists and help make UK touring financially viable. The funding comes at a particularly significant moment, with Noah now preparing to return to the stage for an extensive UK headline run this autumn.
The tour begins at Y Plas in Cardiff on 22nd October, before travelling through Birmingham, Leeds and Nottingham. Noah then heads to London’s Electric Ballroom on 27th October, followed by dates in Glasgow and Newcastle, before the tour concludes at Academy 2 in Manchester on 31st October.
Before the headline dates begin, however, Noah will make a major festival appearance at All Points East in London’s Victoria Park on 30th August, where he will support Twenty One Pilots. The appearance follows Noah’s release of a cover of the duo’s The Judge last year and will see him share the bill with artists including Wunderhorse and Kid Kapichi.
The return to live performance represents an important moment for Noah after a period spent away from the touring circuit. His previous UK run culminated in his biggest headline shows to date, including a sold-out appearance at Bristol’s The Fleece, following a summer of festival appearances at Download, Isle of Wight and BludFest as well as his debut North American headline tour.
Noah’s debut album, GROWING UP ON THE INTERNET, arrived in 2024 before being expanded with a deluxe edition later that year. The record established his ability to combine candid songwriting with infectious pop-punk hooks, while tracks such as PET WITH THE TISM brought his personal experiences and distinctive sense of humour directly into his music.
Outside music, Noah has built a huge online audience through his YouTube channel, where he began posting covers in 2015 and has since amassed more than one million subscribers. His social platforms have also provided a space for him to discuss his experiences and advocate around issues including LGBTQ+ rights, neurodiversity and identity.
With TOO SENSITIVE, however, the focus is firmly on the music. The track delivers the visceral rush Noah has been promising from this new era, combining raw emotion, heavy guitars and an undeniable sense of release. After stepping away to write, he is now ready to bring that energy back to the stage.
