FAERS have premiered the video for their new song, Closer, right here on RockShot Mag.

Closer is the last track off our Warriors EP. It gets a great reaction when we play the song live so it was a no brainer to do a video for it,” the band tell us exclusively.

In keeping with the song’s popularity at their gigs, the band had the video shot at The Macbeth in Hoxton by James Polley.

Hailing from North West London, the five-piece who, according to their tour blog, “like drinking cans of Red Stripe and singing about desperate love” have spent the last year writing in Gothenburg, Sweden and Hamburg, Germany, following up on their previous offerings from 2016.

Featuring Morgan Rees, Ryan Faers, Steven Anderson – Howard, Sam Rawlings, and Alex Crowley, FAERS have found inspiration from the likes of WU LYF, Foals, and The National.

Catch them live at Wilkestock Charity Music Festival in Stevenage over the weekend of 30th August to 1st September and at Wheels & Fins taking place in Broadstairs on 7th and 8th September.
