Recognised as one of the most gifted composers, songwriters and lyricists of our time, Hodgson co-founded the progressive rock band Supertramp in 1969 and was with them for 14 years.

As the legendary voice, writer and arranger of most of Supertramp’s greatest hits that led to more than 60 million record sales, he has an unparalleled amount of enduring songs such as The Logical Song, Breakfast In America, Dreamer, Give A Little Bit, and many more.

Hodgson continues to perform all the hits that he first recorded with Supertramp along with his other classics – Sister Moonshine, Child of Vision, Hide in Your Shell, Even in the Quietest Moments, and fan favorites from his solo albums – Had a Dream, Only Because of You, Lovers in the Wind, In Jeopardy, and Along Came Mary. Accompanied by a stunning four-piece band, Hodgson’s Breakfast in America tour will bring him to many countries around the world.

The Live At Chelsea Concert Series will return for its 6th year in 2020, having established itself firmly as a welcome fixture in the summer calendar for many. This is in no small part due to the eclectic range of artists who have been featured previously, including Rufus Wainwright, Simply Red, Ludovico Einaudi, Belle & Sebastian, Kaiser Chiefs, Tom Jones, amongst many more. As well as this, audiences can look forward to the warm welcome from the Chelsea Pensioners themselves.

Every year a portion of the ticket sales from the event is donated towards the care of the Chelsea Pensioners, as well as the maintenance of the Grade I listed site which has provided care and comradeship to ex-military personnel since 1682 when it was founded by King Charles II.

I am a music, event and portrait photographer, shooting pictures mainly in London and on the South coast. I tend to like bands with guitars - they move about more. When I'm not photographing music, I write about it and sometimes conduct the odd interview. Also in occasional spare moments, I control air traffic and walk Zebedee, Florence and Dougal, the springerdoodles.
