Bon Jovi will return to London’s Hyde Park next summer to headline American Express presents BST Hyde Park on Thursday 24 June 2027, marking a full-circle moment for the legendary rock band, who headlined the festival’s inaugural edition in 2013. The performance will be their UK-exclusive show for 2027, with the full supporting line-up still to be announced.
The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees will return to one of London’s most celebrated outdoor concert settings following a major run of live performances in 2026, including nine nights at New York’s Madison Square Garden, shows in Edinburgh and Dublin, and three performances at London’s Wembley Stadium as part of their Forever Tour.
When Bon Jovi first took to the BST Hyde Park stage in 2013, they helped launch the festival with a set packed with the anthems that have defined their career. Fourteen years later, their return promises another major summer occasion, bringing one of rock’s most enduring catalogues back to the heart of the capital.
Frontman Jon Bon Jovi says: “We have a storied history with performing at Hyde Park on previous tours and it’s a full circle moment to be returning to BST Hyde Park, 14 years after headlining the very first festival. The Forever Tour has been an incredible celebration of the music and the fans who have been with us all these years. There’s nothing quite like the energy of a UK crowd, and the joy and excitement we shared with our fans this summer was something truly special. To bring that energy back to Hyde Park means a lot to us. We’re grateful for every one of you and can’t wait to make more memories together.”
The announcement follows a significant period for Bon Jovi, whose career has spanned more than four decades since the band formed in 1983. With more than 130 million albums sold worldwide, a vast collection of internationally recognised hits and thousands of concerts performed across more than 50 countries, the group have established themselves as one of the defining acts in rock history.
Their most recent studio-era chapter includes FOREVER (Legendary Edition), released last year. The record reimagines songs from the band’s FOREVER album through collaborations with an impressive range of guests, including Bruce Springsteen, Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll, Jason Isbell, Carín León, Joe Elliott, Robbie Williams and Avril Lavigne.
The project reflects the band’s continuing ability to bring different generations and corners of the music world together, while revisiting the songs that have sustained their connection with audiences around the globe.
Jim King, CEO of AEG Presents UK and European Festivals, says: “Bon Jovi helped launch BST Hyde Park in 2013, and it’s a pleasure to welcome them back. They are one of the defining rock bands of their generation, with an extraordinary catalogue of hits and a live show that remains as powerful and compelling as ever. They continue to connect with audiences around the world, making this rare return to Hyde Park a genuinely special occasion.”
Since launching in 2013, American Express presents BST Hyde Park has become a fixture of London’s summer music calendar, bringing major international artists to the Royal Park for headline performances accompanied by extensive supporting line-ups across multiple stages. Its history includes appearances from The Rolling Stones, Guns N’ Roses, Taylor Swift, Bruce Springsteen, Stevie Wonder, Blur, Noah Kahan, The Who, Neil Young, Kylie Minogue and Billy Joel, among many others.
The festival’s 2026 season featured Garth Brooks, ATEEZ, Maroon 5, Mumford & Sons, Duran Duran, Pitbull and Lewis Capaldi. Further announcements for 2027 are expected in the coming months, with additional headliners and supporting artists still to be revealed.
Alongside its headline concert programme, BST Hyde Park has developed a wider offering around its summer events, with free midweek activities that have included outdoor cinema, food markets, family entertainment, fitness classes and live music.
