Guns N’ Roses Announce 2025 Global Tour Including UK Dates

by | Dec 9, 2024

Guns N’ Roses stand as one of rock’s most iconic bands, known for their explosive sound, gritty lyrics, and unforgettable stage presence. Emerging from the hard rock scene of the late 1980s, their debut album Appetite For Destruction became a cultural phenomenon, featuring timeless anthems like Sweet Child O’ Mine, Welcome To The Jungle, and Paradise City. Led by the dynamic duo of Axl Rose’s powerful vocals and Slash’s electrifying guitar riffs, Guns N’ Roses quickly gained a reputation for pushing boundaries both musically and theatrically.

The group bowed out on a high following 1991’s hit dual albums Use Your Illusion I & II and returned in various guises in the years that followed before both Slash & bassist Duff McKagan re-joined the hard rock outfit in 2015 with huge global performances following, including a UK stop including shows at both Glastonbury Festival and BST Hyde Park in 2023, which Rockshot Magazine went along to soak in.

Fans of Guns N’ Roses may have reason to celebrate, as legendary guitarist Slash has hinted that the band is “trying” to work on a new album. Since reuniting with Axl Rose and Duff McKagan, Slash has helped the band release a few singles, including Absurd, Hard Skool, Perhaps, and The General, but no full-length album has followed 2008’s Chinese Democracy.

In a recent interview, Slash revealed he is involved with the band on a potential new record, though details remain under wraps. The prospect of fresh material has generated excitement among fans, who eagerly await the next chapter from one of rock’s most enduring groups. With no official announcement yet, the news marks a thrilling step forward in what could be an epic return to the studio for Guns N’ Roses.

Fans who have Nightrain pre-sale access can grab tickets from 9am on December 10 2024, while those with O2 Priority will be able to get tickets as early as December 11 2024. Live Nation and venue pre-sale tickets will then go on sale on December 12 2025.

Through lineup changes and over three decades of evolution, the band’s legacy endures, captivating new generations of fans worldwide with their raw energy and genre-defining hits.
