The original Nutty Boys are back. Camden legends Madness have announced the release of their new greatest hits collection, Hit Parade, out on 21st November 2025 via West Village Music Management. The career-spanning anthology celebrates more than four decades of chart-topping singles, fan favourites, and rare gems from one of Britain’s most beloved bands.

Formed in North London in the late ’70s, Madness went on to become a national institution with their mix of ska, pop, and irrepressible humour. From early classics like One Step Beyond and Baggy Trousers through to global hits such as Our House and It Must Be Love, their music remains woven into the fabric of British culture.

Hit Parade brings together 45 singles from 45 years, spanning 1979 to 2024. The two-disc collection features 27 Top 40 hits, including the chart-topping House Of Fun, the anthemic Lovestruck, and the timeless ballad It Must Be Love. Alongside the classics, fans will find a trove of rarities and first-time appearances on vinyl and CD, including Drip Fed Fred (The Conspiracy Mix), Forever Young (Melt Music Radio Edit), and Mr. Apples (Toerag Mix).

Speaking about the new release, the band said: “From the early days to the latest tracks… we’ve packed up the lot and brought them all together in Hit Parade. It’s a proper nutty collection of our biggest and best. Press play, turn it up, and enjoy the ride.”

A special Townsend exclusive edition will also include a bonus 7” single, while picture discs and coloured vinyl variants round out the line-up. A US-exclusive silver vinyl edition will drop for Black Friday, featuring rare live recordings and covers.

The band will take Hit Parade on the road in December 2025, with a 13-date UK arena tour. The run kicks off in Sheffield on 4 December and wraps with a hometown celebration at London’s O2 Arena on 20 December. Fans can expect a hit-packed setlist spanning the entirety of the band’s career, with support from fellow British pop stalwarts Squeeze.

Amy Macdonald Warms A Frozen Hammersmith Apollo With Heart, Humour & Huge Hits

“Are we having a nice time so far? Are we getting a bit warmer?” Amy Macdonald grins, peering out at a Hammersmith Apollo audience bundled into coats and scarves. It’s a question that becomes a running joke throughout the night — because despite the November chill and the decidedly frugal heating, Macdonald sets about warming the 5,000-capacity venue the only way she knows how: with humour, heart, and a powerhouse performance that leaves no seat unshaken.

Never Mind A Wet Night In Stoke, Bad Nerves Made The Best Of A Cold Tuesday Night At The O2 Institute Birmingham

Bad Nerves rolled into theBad Nerves tonight armed with a setlist built for chaos, and although the room was a little quieter than expected, the people who were there lit the place up. A smaller Tuesday night crowd didn’t dull the spark – instead it made the gig feel like a secret show shared only between the band and the diehards. And the band fed off it.
