McCoy Moore Set For C2C Spotlight As ‘Prayin’ For Me’ Signals Breakout Year

Rising Nashville singer-songwriter McCoy Moore is steadily carving out his place in modern country, blending raw vulnerability with grounded grit — and UK audiences are about to see why the buzz is building.

The 24-year-old will make his European debut this March with performances at Country to Country (C2C) in London, Berlin and The Netherlands. Alongside a festival stage set, Moore will also appear on the Bluebird Cafe Stage for a seated songwriters’ round at the O2 Blueroom in London — an intimate setting perfectly matched to his story-driven songwriting style.

Moore’s journey has been years in the making. A pivotal moment came in 2017 when, at just 16, he met Luke Combs. Encouraged to lean into his authenticity while maintaining a relentless work ethic, Moore took that advice seriously. By 19, he had relocated to Nashville, immersing himself in the craft of songwriting and refining a sound rooted in classic country storytelling with a contemporary edge.

His credibility extends beyond his own releases. Moore has already secured songwriting cuts with artists including Shane Profitt, Roman Alexander and Bryce Mauldin, underlining his reputation as both a compelling performer and a respected writer within the Nashville community.

Earlier this year, Moore released Prayin’ For Me, a reflective and faith-tinged single that captures the humility at the heart of his artistry. Written at a moment when his hard work in Nashville began to gain traction, the song feels less like a celebration and more like a heartfelt acknowledgement of those who supported him before the spotlight found him. Warm, sincere and emotionally clear, it continues to define his signature blend of honesty and melodic strength.

Following his debut EP last year, Moore has drawn attention for his ability to balance modern production with timeless country sensibilities. Early tracks such as John Deere Blue and Naming Boats introduced listeners to his knack for heartfelt, detail-rich songwriting, while Prayin’ For Me further cements his place among country’s next wave of breakout talent.

On the road, his ascent has been equally steady. Recent support slots with Kip Moore and Chase Rice have sharpened his live presence, and 2026 is shaping up to be a major year as he joins HARDY’s COUNTRY! COUNTRY! Tour across North America. His upcoming C2C appearances mark the beginning of what looks set to be a significant international chapter.

At an age where many artists are still finding their voice, McCoy Moore already sounds lived-in and assured. With Prayin’ For Me, he isn’t just releasing a single — he’s quietly announcing that he’s ready for the next level.
