by | Sep 27, 2025

Rising transatlantic outfit The Sons Of Guns are set to step into the spotlight with their debut UK headline tour, kicking off later next month. The run includes a string of dates across the country and a special London show at The Troubadour on 29th October. Before that, the band will head stateside for a whirlwind trio of shows in Los Angeles, including a slot at the Mark Awards where they’re nominated for Country/Americana Track of the Year.

Known for their blend of sun-soaked ’70s Californian rock, uplifting Americana, and harmony-rich power-pop, The Sons Of Guns have been steadily winning admirers with songs like Hollywood, It’s Getting Better, and their current single I Got It Right. Today, they’ve shared a brand-new live version of I Got It Right as a taster for the shows — showcasing the impeccable five-way harmonies and musicianship that have quickly become their calling card.

Formed by four Englishmen — David Zincke, Scott Richman, Jack Daniel and Frankie Connolly — along with French drummer Aymeric Ardimanni, the group are based in Nice, a hub that’s allowed them to hone their craft through relentless live performances. Their effortless chemistry has caught the attention of both fans and industry insiders, leading to collaborations with Rick Astley and Joss Stone, and even praise from Eagles Of Death Metal’s Jesse Hughes.

Frontman Zincke admits the tour feels like a turning point: “Always the bridesmaid, never the bride! We’ve always, up until now, been the support band for so many great artists. But now that it’s us headlining, we’re a little bit more excited about this tour. Playing live is what we love most about our life in music, and we can’t wait to share it!”

With influences spanning Crosby, Stills & Nash, The Eagles, and The Beatles, The Sons Of Guns’ sound is steeped in timeless tradition while connecting easily with fans of modern acts like The Black Keys or Gomez.
