BUNT. Links Up With The Chainsmokers And Izzy Bizu On Euphoric New Single ’Spaces’

by | Sep 5, 2025

Stutter house trailblazer BUNT. has teamed up with GRAMMY®-winning duo The Chainsmokers and GRAMMY®-nominated singer-songwriter Izzy Bizu on new single Spaces, out now via Arista Records. The high-octane collaboration lands as summer fades, offering a euphoric soundtrack built for both festival stages and late-night dancefloors.

The track was first unveiled at BUNT.’s packed Lollapalooza set last month, before exploding again during a surprise New York City pop-up with The Chainsmokers at The 1896. Fusing Izzy Bizu’s soulful vocals with BUNT.’s cinematic house textures and The Chainsmokers’ unmistakable pop-dance polish, Spaces builds tension to a cathartic release that’s already primed to become a live favourite.

For BUNT., the collaboration is more than just another release. “They were like my childhood heroes,” he shared. “Two years ago I was delivering food for Uber Eats, and now I’m standing here in the studio with these two legends. These guys did so much for the EDM scene, so for me this is insanely special.”

The single follows BUNT.’s recent reimagining of Tom Odell’s Best Day of My Life, which has racked up more than 15 million streams. His breakout hit Clouds has now surpassed 380 million plays, while his genre-defining stutter house style has powered him through over 250 shows worldwide. His in-the-round, moshpit-style live sets have become the stuff of underground legend, with performances staged everywhere from taco stands and fire stations to sold-out theatres.

The Chainsmokers, meanwhile, continue to tap into the nostalgia of their 2016 breakout era while pushing dance music forward. Their latest run of singles, including White Wine & Adderall and Helium, have blended UKG-inspired beats with dreamlike pop sensibilities. True to form, Alex and Drew have kept fans guessing with spontaneous appearances, from fraternity house takeovers to major festival headline slots.

With Spaces, the trio have created a track that feels both intimate and expansive—a song about disconnection and rediscovery that’s destined to unite crowds worldwide. Fans will be able to catch it live on BUNT.’s extensive US headline run, which stretches from New York to Los Angeles this autumn, as well as at The Chainsmokers’ upcoming festival appearances.

Sykamore Shines At The Long Road Festival

The late summer sun bathed Stanford Hall in gold as festival-goers wandered the grounds, the hum of distant stages blending with laughter and chatter. It was here, amid the vibrant energy of the festival, that I caught up with Sykamore, whose warmth and approachability are as inviting as the storytelling in her music.

Reading Festival 2025 – Saturday: Sunburn, Lasers, Cameos, And A Headliner Victory Lap

If Friday at Reading Festival was about finding your feet, Saturday was about losing them. The sun had its claws in early—factor 50 was gone before noon, hats and sunglasses swapped around like currency. The site buzzed with that second-day mix of exhaustion and momentum: sore voices shouting louder than they should, hangovers beaten back by adrenaline, and the knowledge that today’s bill wasn’t going to let up. Reading in daylight is one thing. Reading on a Saturday is something else entirely.
