Enter Shikari Announce Intimate Manchester Show To Mark 20-Year Milestone

Enter Shikari have announced a very special intimate show at Satan’s Hollow on 9th April, celebrating a pivotal moment in the band’s history.

The date marks almost exactly 20 years since the band first played both the venue and the city, a formative show that helped spark their rise. Tickets for the one-off performance will be made available via a registration-only system, with access granted on a first come, first served basis.

Reflecting on the announcement, frontman Rou Reynolds described Manchester as a city deeply tied to the band’s journey, recalling the chaotic energy and overwhelming response of that first show back in 2006. Two decades on, the return to Satan’s Hollow promises to be both a nostalgic celebration and a rare chance to see the band in an up-close setting. Support on the night will come from Liverpool’s rising outfit East Exchange.

The intimate gig arrives amid a huge year of touring for Enter Shikari. The band are set to embark on their biggest UK and European arena tour to date this November, following headline runs across Australia and North America earlier in the year. The UK leg will culminate in two major shows at London’s Alexandra Palace, marking another milestone in their ever-expanding live career.

In keeping with their long-standing support for grassroots music, each ticket sold for the UK arena tour will include a £1 donation to the Music Venue Trust, helping to sustain independent venues across the country—a cause the band have consistently championed.

The tour follows the success of their chart-topping album A Kiss For The Whole World, which secured the band their first UK No.1 and further cemented their reputation as one of the most vital forces in British alternative music. With over 3,000 shows under their belt and a legacy of explosive live performances, Enter Shikari continue to balance ambition with a clear commitment to their roots—something perfectly embodied by this return to Satan’s Hollow.
