CALL ME AMOUR Announce 2025 UK Tour Supporting Set It Off

by | Nov 8, 2024

UK four-piece CALL ME AMOUR have announced that they will be joining Set It Off as support on their EU and UK tour next year. They’ll be playing a run of eight UK shows beginning in February 2025 and finishing up in March 2025.

The band have recently released singles Happy Hell, Bloom (Ft. Scott Kennedy) from Bleed From Within and Good Day (Ft Mikey Chapman) from Mallory Knox, from their second EP which is due for release early 2025.

Having just finished up a UK run supporting Mallory Knox which Rockshot Magazine went along to check out, CALL ME AMOUR have also tackled support duties for Against The Current, The Hara, and Pop Evil. The eight day tour will see the band roll through Manchester and finish up with two special dates in London’s Electric Ballroom.

Mixing dark electronica with sonic guitars, CALL ME AMOUR craft their music to evoke emotion. Inspire and be inspired – Whether that be through a feeling, losing yourself at a live show, finding a memory, or a change.

Before touring last year supporting Against The Current, The Hara and Pop Evil, and before CALL ME AMOUR even existed, these musicians had their own journeys discovering themselves on the road and fuelling their addiction to the stage. Whether it be signing to Sony Music, playing the London Astoria, Brixton Academy, Download Festival, performing on Top Of The Pops, performing in the west end musical Wicked, touring with bands like Limp Bizkit and Papa Roach, their individual achievements in previous outfits were impressive to say the least.

But in what seemed like a blink, their journeys were over, over by design, over because they all individually walked away due to money, politics or other factors. Years passed, new lives and self discovery built bridges to what was important. Long-standing friendships, admiration for each other’s abilities and the love for what music can do and be brought CALL ME AMOUR together.

Luvcat Dazzles At KOKO: Theatrical Noir, Liverpudlian Charm And A Dash Of Red Wine Magic

For an artist whose world seems stitched together from silver-screen glamour, smoky jazz clubs and the afterglow of heartbreak, Luvcat – the stage name of Liverpool-born Sophie Morgan Howarth – is every bit as cinematic live as her debut album Vicious Delicious suggests. At KOKO, Camden on Wednesday night, the rising star turned the storied venue into a dreamscape of old Hollywood, haunted romance and camp theatre – a show that was equal parts cabaret, confession and carnival.
