Renowned for their electrifying live performances, the band played major UK festivals last year with a triumphant set at Glastonbury, as well as a powerful headline set at All Points East.

In 2022 LCD Soundsystem completed a sold-out six-night residency at O2 Academy Brixton. Heading back to the UK for eight-nights this June, the band are excited for this special series of shows at one of London’s most celebrated venues.

LCD Soundsystem emerged from New York City in July 2002 with James Murphy’s first recording as LCD and third release on his DFA label, “Losing My Edge.” Keyboardist/vocalist Nancy Whang and drummer Pat Mahoney were recruited for live shows as the band released singles including Movement and Daft Punk Is Playing At My House, which would appear on its eponymous 2005 debut LP. The band went on to release three critically acclaimed albums in Sound Of Silver, This Is Happening and the #1-charting American Dream, which featured the Best Dance Recording GRAMMY-winning Tonite.

Currently working on a new album, LCD Soundsystem released their latest single x-ray eyes, in November last year, marking their first new music since 2022’s New Body Rhumba, which was featured in Noah Baumbach’s film, White Noise.

With their signature fusion of dance-rock and electronic beats, LCD Soundsystem continue to push boundaries and captivate audiences worldwide. Tickets for the new dates go on general sale at 9:00am on Friday 7th March and will be available from aegp.uk/lcd-soundsystem.

Good Grief, Bastille Show No Bad Blood At The O2 Arena

Tonight was a night of reflection. Of celebration. Fifteen years in, Bastille sound as good, and appeal to more people than ever. Amy Macdonald Warms A Frozen Hammersmith Apollo With Heart, Humour & Huge Hits

“Are we having a nice time so far? Are we getting a bit warmer?” Amy Macdonald grins, peering out at a Hammersmith Apollo audience bundled into coats and scarves. It’s a question that becomes a running joke throughout the night — because despite the November chill and the decidedly frugal heating, Macdonald sets about warming the 5,000-capacity venue the only way she knows how: with humour, heart, and a powerhouse performance that leaves no seat unshaken.

Never Mind A Wet Night In Stoke, Bad Nerves Made The Best Of A Cold Tuesday Night At The O2 Institute Birmingham

Bad Nerves rolled into theBad Nerves tonight armed with a setlist built for chaos, and although the room was a little quieter than expected, the people who were there lit the place up. A smaller Tuesday night crowd didn’t dull the spark – instead it made the gig feel like a secret show shared only between the band and the diehards. And the band fed off it.
